Responsible, representative moderation to ensure an inclusive community. This is a safe, diverse place to hang out with zero tolerance for bigotry, racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, and other discriminatory behavior, or for nazis. This is a welcoming place where nobody feels alienated because of who they are. We do not subscribe to the argument that tolerance means that we need to tolerate intolerance or that inclusivity means that we need to include non-inclusiveness. To this end we plan on a diverse and representative team of moderators.
