I know of some really awesome folks, but I’m curious who folks consider the go-to TTRPG journalists/reporters out there? (As in the actual reporters not the outlets). I want to make a follow list. Specifically I’m talking news coverage rather than editorial pieces.

Well... @Abstruse and @EggEmbry collate and report on the news but you're already aware of their work.
I'm wondering if any of the TTRPG news is covered by podcasts as well... I know you're interested in all the news about games not just D&D.
So I guess if people boosted your post that would be helpful.
